Cultural Care Au Pair offers the most extensive protection against an uncertain economic climate. Our “Peace of Mind” guarantee entitles families who meet certain criteria to a financial safeguard against an involuntary job loss. Our “Peace of Mind” guarantee protects our host families in two ways.

Program continuation guarantee

We understand that in the event of involuntary job loss, your main priority will be to secure a new job. And throughout this process, your family will likely continue to need reliable childcare. For this reason—and because Cultural Care Au Pair will always support the stability of the au pair/host family relationship—we will offer families who suffer an involuntary job loss the opportunity to receive the standard contractual refund and to keep their au pair until the end of her program term, assuming her stipend can be met.

Financial safeguard guarantee

In the event that you are forced to make the decision to withdraw from the program as a result of an involuntary job loss, Cultural Care will refund the unused portion of your program fees and then make every reasonable effort to place your au pair with a new family so she may complete her program term.
