Recruitment countries

Cultural Care Au Pair recruits au pairs from over 20 countries worldwide. In each of these countries, we have Cultural Care offices overseeing recruitment for each au pair, rather than outsourcing this process to third-party agents.

Currently, we have au pairs coming from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, China, Colombia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand and the United Kingdom. We encourage host families to be open-minded about an au pair’s home country—a candidate’s childcare experience, personality and interests are what matters most. However, if you prefer to be matched with au pairs from specific countries we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
